The full picture of your team's workday
Delta Flow runs on your own server and shows activity, workload, apps and websites, attendance and PDF reports. No screenshots, keystroke capture or cloud.
We collect only what relates to work
Typical trackers take screenshots, record keystrokes and store all of it in someone else's cloud. Delta Flow records activity, applications, websites and attendance - enough to see the team's workload without touching anything personal.
The system is usually rolled out openly: employees know what data the manager sees. Used this way, it's ordinary work-time accounting - like a timesheet, just accurate and automatic.
| Typical tracker | Delta Flow | |
|---|---|---|
| Screen captures | Every N minutes | None |
| Keystroke & chat capture | Often present | None |
| Webcam & microphone | Sometimes | None |
| Where data lives | Someone else's cloud | Your network only |

Questions & answers
Is this legal and ethical?
Delta Flow is a work-time accounting tool for company-owned computers - like a turnstile or a timesheet. We recommend rolling it out openly: notify employees and put it in company policy (in most jurisdictions this is a legal requirement). Open rollout is also better for the atmosphere: people know nobody reads their messages or screens.
What exactly is collected?
Activity signals (input present / absent), the active application, the open website (address only, no page content), first sign-in and last activity time. Not collected: screen content, keystrokes, messages, files, audio or video.
Can a manager read chats or see passwords?
No - there is simply nothing to read. The agent takes no screenshots and captures no keystrokes, so that kind of data never exists in the system.
Do I need internet or a cloud?
No. The server and data live inside your network; day-to-day operation requires no internet. The license is verified offline.
How heavy is the agent?
Under 1–2% CPU and under 150 MB RAM. It runs in the background and doesn't get in the employee's way.
How fast is the rollout?
A small team takes about 30 minutes: server, agents, first data. Silent install (GPO and similar) is supported for mass deployment - see the docs.
How long is data stored?
Raw events - up to 90 days, aggregated statistics - up to 24 months. Everything sits in a local SQLite database on your server.
